Mix a pancake, Stir a pancake, Pop it in the pan; Fry the pancake, Toss the pancake — Catch it if you can! Nursery loved making and eating pancakes for Shrove Tuesday! They also had great fun learning how to toss a pancake!

Year 4 had a great time putting their Roman shields to the test. As recruits of the Ancient Roman Army, they had to learn the ‘pigs head’, ‘square’ and ‘tortoise’ formations before charging into battle.

Nursery loved their visit from the Firefighters last week. They listened carefully as the firefighter showed them how all fire fighters keep themselves safe when at work. He also showed them a smoke detector and how they can keep us safe at home. After looking
